) (“the Service”) operated by AyushMart (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Definitions

Customer / You: Any person who uses the Service to browse, order, purchase, or accept delivery of goods from AyushMart.

Products: All items offered for sale on the Service, including groceries, personal care items, health drinks, etc.

Order: A request by the Customer to purchase Products through the Service.

Delivery: Transfer of the Products from AyushMart (or its designated delivery agent) to the Customer.

2. Account Registration and User Information

To place an order, you may need to register an account or checkout as a guest.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, restricting access to your device, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders and Pricing

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice. However, the price at the time of placing the Order will apply.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to deliver to your location.

4. Payments

Payments can be made via the payment methods available on the site (e.g. credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, cash-on-delivery, etc.).

If full payment is not received, we may cancel the Order.

For cash-on-delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready; delivery agents may not always have change.

5. Shipping Policy

Delivery Time: We aim to deliver within the timeframe communicated at checkout (e.g., “30 minutes delivery” or as applicable). Actual delivery time may vary depending on traffic, weather, and product availability.

Deliveries and orders are accepted as per the following schedule:

Monday: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

Tuesday: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

Wednesday: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

Thursday: 9:am to 9:00 pm

Friday: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

Sunday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm

Delivery Charges: Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout. Free delivery may apply above a certain order value, as communicated on our site.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

If you find a defect in the Product or if the Product delivered is wrong, you should contact us via our Refund Policy / Contact Us page within a reasonable time after delivery.

The content on the Service (text, graphics, logos, images, etc.) is our property or used under license, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific order from which the liability arises.
